We will need you to fill in our questionaire and send us your Images, media, and logo.  we will then populate your website and provide a temporary link to review prior to going live.  We can make live revisions with any changes you require prior to launching your website. 

We work remotely and we choose to conduct all meetings online via video call or phone call.  We also activley check and respond to emails regularly.

We can integrate with Mailchimp and Constant Contact , they will require you to set up an account directy with them which may also incur a fee.  There are other providers that support embed codes, we can use this code to integrate a form that directs all subscribers to your external account with the provider you choose.

You can choose the type of page.  Usually this consists of a Home, About, Contact, Gallery, Blog, and Services Page. You will not be limited by the amount of pages you can add yourself at a later date. The backend editor allows you to add unlimited pages and sections at anytime. 

We will show you how to make revisions and changes on your website, so you have the option yourself to make the updates at anytime.  If you need support or get stuck, we are always here to help.  We also have a section dedicated to support documention for those that need it.

We have a minimum 12 month contract, if you decide to cancel your plan before the end of your contract you will be required to pay any outstanding amounts up to the remaining 12 month term.  Upon cancellation we will remove any DNS settings associated with  your domain name, we will delete your website permantly and provide you with all css/html/site files in a zip folder.  If we registered your domain name and you choose to keep the domain name after you cancel with us, you will be charged a transfer fee of $50 to transfer ownership into your name. 

Yes. Backups save images, files, content—everything on the site is backed up except eCommerce data.

You can save copies of your site called backups. Backups allow you to restore to them at any point in time. While our system automatically creates backups each time a site is published, it is recommended to create manual backups of your site periodically instead of relying on the automated backup system in place.

There are tools we can use to import some of the information from your existing site, such as images and any contact details you have.  We can not import pages , layouts or documents.  We can however, with your permission copy any text content from your old site into your new site.
